• KYC verification is mandatory for a first-time large withdrawal of ৳50,000 or more.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Av999 reserves the right to hold any suspicious withdrawal request pending investigation.

Av999 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:
